Passionate about accessibility & universal design, Aleksandra creates engaging digital learning materials educating global AstraZeneca audiences around ethical themes. A co-founder of AZPride Poland, an AZ employee resource group, she is a dedicated ally supporting LGBTQIA+ rights, working to build a more inclusive workplace for all. She co-authored “Diversity and Inclusive culture step-by-step”, a practical guide for organisations. Outside of work, she loves climbing & spending time in nature.
