She is an expert at the Office of the Ombudsman for Rights and Values of the Jagiellonian University, and a member of the Senate at the Jagiellonian University in the terms 2016-2020 and 2020-2024. She is a member of the 21st Regular Session of the United Nations Human Rights Council and the 4th Forum on Minority Issues of the UN Human Rights Council (Geneva).

Previously, she has worked in diversity and inclusion at the Royal Academy of Engineering, Sodexo and F. Hoffman La Roche. Monica has also worked in international affairs and human rights at the European Medicines Agency (EU agency) and the United Nations. She is the author of the book “Building Diversity and Inclusion: From Commitment to Action.” She holds an MA in Women’s History from Sarah Lawrence College, USA and was a visiting scholar at the Institute for Research on Women, Gender and Sexuality at Columbia University in the City of New York. Monica has been selected as a Global Champion for Women’s Economic Empowerment by UN Women, has won a WeAreTheCity Rising Stars award, and has been listed as a 2022 D&I Inspirational leader by D&I Leaders and a Top D&I Insurance/Reinsurance Champion by Intelligent Insurer. She is also a One Young World Ambassador and a mentor at Migrant Leaders.

Dave is a proud father of a 12 yr old daughter Holly and has been married for 15 year to his wife Claire for 15 years. He is a keen golfer and supporter of West Ham FC where he holds a season ticket.

Anna Kutrzyńska is Health and Safety Specialist by education and passion. She works for 12 years in Volvo Polska. Previously in Group Truck Operations as Master Data and Logistic Specialist, now in H&S Department. Anna cooperates with managers from office units and with logistics, as well as with employees from different divisions. For Anna professional work is not only about procedures and instructions. Completing documents, and pieces of training, giving opinions on project cards and organizing measurements of the working environment are only some of the topics she takes care of. The real challenge and inspiration is contact with people. Anna says: ”each of us is different, each one is like an undiscovered book. Thanks to my work, I have the opportunity to meet every day, talk to our employees, and actively analyze and solve topics together in interdisciplinary teams”. The last project Anna contributes to is Mental Health Program for Volvo Polska Employees. The program is addressed to employees from all offices and production areas. Thanks to the holistic approach and taking care of both physical and mental health, the program proved successful during the pandemic, and its implementation is continued and improved even nowadays. Privately, a mother of two teenagers. In her spare time, likes yoga practicing or running away from the city, preferably to the mountains.

Magda graduated from European Studies at Maastricht University in the Netherlands and went on to complete post -graduate studies in Coaching as well as Managing Talent in IT. She spent her first years of work in outsourcing, moving projects from the Benelux countries to Poland. Worked as a coach and led a large training team. Couple of years ago, she decided to take a risk and sign a one-year contract as Coach Akamai Technical Academy, a program for people with aptitude for technology who want to start working in the IT business. Program realized in the US, CostaRica and Krakow turned out to be a huge success and allowed Magda to move into a permanent role at Akamai where she currently holds a managerial position within the Inclusion, Diversity and Engagement team. Magda is responsible for optimizing the works of Global ERGs and is helping Akamai to become an amazing place to work for all employees.
