Nina Gabryś

Nina is Plenipotentiary of the Mayor of Krakow for Equality Policy and chairman of the Equal Treatment Council, which was established in Krakow in 2019, and Harassment and Discrimination Advisor at Akademia Sztuk Teatralnych im. Stanisława Wyspiańskiego w Krakowie. She was a City Council member (2018-2020) in Kraków, during that time she has undertaken numerous initiatives aimed at increasing the accessibility of Kraków’s administration offices, initiated a resolution to set up a campaign to prevent violence against women, a resolution to create a breast cancer prevention programme for young women, and a programme of workshops on sex education for young people in Kraków schools. Co-creator and Vice president of 'One Hundred Years of Women's Voice' Association. She holds a scholarship of the international program Humanity in Action and Advanced Leadership Program for Top Talents organised by the Center for Leadership. She is a fellow of Programme d’invitation des personnalités d’avenir (PIPA) organised by the French MInistry of Foreign Affairs.
