Sandra Subel (she/her) is a passionate change-maker with 15 years of professional experience. Currently, she serves as Global Head of D&I Strategy at Axel Springer. In this role, she focuses on building and executing a holistic Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy for the group. Previously she worked for Accenture in the fields of innovation and change management. 

She is passionate about solving complex problems, driving organizational change at scale, and helping people build their creative confidence.
