Business Development Manager, Cisco Customer Experience EMEA Co-Lead of Inclusive Community Women of Cisco Poland. Tatiana has been with Cisco since 2015. In her current role of Business Development Manager, Tatiana is working closely with both Cisco Customers and Partners across EMEA region, building and executing on business growth strategies through partner collaboration and customer focus.

Tatiana is very passionate about employee engagement, and she is dedicated to engaging in several Inclusive Communities initiatives and programs as well as co-leading Women of Cisco Poland group.

In this capacity Tatiana has hosted several panel discussions with Cisco executive level leadership focused on Inclusive culture and diverse talent development.
