He gained his experience in the area of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in an international corporation as a team leader and in a branding agency cooperating with global brands. He managed multiple creative projects, led a multicultural, diverse team of designers and supported obtaining the B Corp certificate by the company. Currently, he takes care of inclusive work environment and diversity-celebrating culture at mBank. His top five Gallup talents are Developer, Includer, Adaptability, Maximizer and Individualization.
