Dominika Czyżowska

Dominika works in the Model Risk Management area. She ensures the algorithms used by HSBC are maintained accordingly to the policies and keeps the control over the model risk the bank is exposed to. She coordinates the D&I work in HSBC Krakow, oversees the work of all ERGs and plays vital role in formulating annual D&I strategies. Her biggest achievement is developing mentoring initiative in HSBC Krakow, which works successfully till today. Karolina Szczurek

Karolina has almost 10 years of experience in supporting transactional finance processes, most of the time in HEINEKEN Global Shared Services.
