Francoise De Sutter

Francoise (she/her) is an experienced DEI specialist, certified intercultural trainer & certified diversity sourcer. She began her DEI journey at Amazon in 2016, as part of several DEI TA Initiatives globally, and then founding & driving the Latin@s ERG in Luxembourg, and the People with Disabilities (PWD) ERG. In the past few years, she has focused on diverse hiring practices & strategies, particularly diversity sourcing for diverse talent in Europe. She currently drives DEI strategies for Talent Acquisition and leads PMO initiatives at Wayfair across Europe & Asia, and continues her work with ERGs, particularly LatinX. She's very passionate about Accessibility, Financial Feminism, Gender Balance issues and Cross-Cultural awareness.
