A financier by education, she has been involved in communications for more than 10 years. She is fascinated by human relations, the issue of different perspectives and the reception of information. She believes that "you can't change what you don't measure," which is why at Ringier Axel Springer Poland she is the leader of the EqualVoice initiative to measure women's voice in public space in order to improve it.
