Dariusz is a sociologist, for years involved in activities for the development of social capital and civil society in Kraków and Małopolska. Since 2016, he has been pursuing his passions at State Street – an international provider of financial services for institutional investors, where he acts as an Inclusion, Diversity & Equity expert. He supports employee networks globally driving inclusion and diversity. For nearly three years, he has been involved in the expansion of the company's social partnership network.
