As an Equity & Fairness Consultant within the Inclusion and Collaboration Strategy & Solutions team at Cisco Systems Inc., Poulami provides subject matter expertise to integrate Cisco’s global DE&I strategy across the enterprise, and specializes in the areas of conscious culture, bias mitigation, ally ship, systems of inequity, and the impact of identity and inter group dynamics. Based in Bangalore, India, Poulami has received a Master’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources. Prior to Cisco, Poulami has worked in several multinational organizations in the DE&I and Human Resources space. Her background has provided a foundation for Poulami to be a strong resource for strategic planning in diversity, equity & inclusion, and developing industry best practices for building inclusive organizations.
