Natalia Selinger has over 17 years of experience in HR and management within IT companies. She was leading in setting the global D&I at Luxoft. As Managing Director of Luxoft Poland she become a sponsor for many initiatives around D&I, like One Team Project, which helps to unite all Luxoft Poland employees coming from different parts of the world.
