Suneeta has been with HSBC for 16 years and has worked across various roles, geographies and functions, ranging broadly across Corporate Banking, Country & Regional Operations, Compliance, Compliance Operations and GSC Center Management. Suneeta has a double-hatted role as Center Director of HSBC Poland and Global Head of Transaction Monitoring Operations.

Suneeta has overseen large scale global transformation with deployment of AI, machine learning, streamlined & simplified procedures, improved controls, cleaned up data, offshoring, cost & production discipline and enhancement of systems. She also oversees a footprint of 5,800 colleagues in HSBC Poland across Tech, Finance, Operations, Risk & Compliance and Business. She is on the Board of HSBC Polska and actively participates in various industry business councils and roundtables within Poland and across Europe.

Suneeta is a member of the CFA Institute and has the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. On the personal front, Suneeta is a proud mom of two young & super energetic children; 3 year old boy and 1 year old girl. She also actively mentors young adults through a local community outreach program.
