Karolina has almost 10 years of experience in supporting transactional finance processes, most of the time in HEINEKEN Global Shared Services. Since July she has been working as Global Process Mining Export, providing functional support to internal customers on process mining with Celonis and building the competencies among the company’s stakeholders. Since 2019 she has been part of the HGSS Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Team, responsible for setting up the Team, first strategy and approach. She has been delivering internal workshops on Unconscious Bias and Inclusive Leadership.
