Agnieszka is a trainer, facilitator and Learning and Development Specialist with over 14 years of experience in HR area. In HEINEKEN Global Shared Services in Kraków she coordinates Health & Wellbeing Programme being at same time an active member of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Ambassadors team. Being actively involved in both agendas she aims to link them and strategically co-create synergy from this combination. The main purpose is to have the environment in HEINEKEN where all feel they belong within the organisation that cares and supports employees’ health and wellbeing.
