Beata is a Certified Compliance Officer. At BKB, she supervises cases related to compliance, whistleblowing, harassment, and internal inquiry procedures. She also specialises in disciplinary procedures and due diligence audits. She regularly advises corporate clients in the banking & finance, pharma, retail, TSL, and gas & oil sectors. She is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University, and previously lectured at the Faculty of Management at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. She also earned a doctorate at the Jagiellonian University. She is an expert at the Office of the Ombudsman for Rights and Values of the Jagiellonian University, and a member of the Senate at the Jagiellonian University in the terms 2016-2020 and 2020-2024. She is a member of the 21st Regular Session of the United Nations Human Rights Council and the 4th Forum on Minority Issues of the UN Human Rights Council (Geneva).
She has participated in academic fellowships at the Carls-Ruprecht Universität Heidelberg, St. Kliment Ohrydzsky University in Sofia, and the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in Kiev and Sofia. She is a graduate of the School of Ukrainian Law of the Jagiellonian University, of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, and the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. She also completed cultural studies, majoring in Ukrainian culture, at the Faculty of International and Political Studies of the Jagiellonian University. She is the author of over 50 academic publications and numerous popular science publications on compliance, whistleblowing, and internal investigation procedures published in Polish, English, and Ukrainian. Some of her latest publications include “Disciplinary proceedings in cases of members of Police services. Models and Principles” (Wolters Kluwer, 2021), “Ochrona sygnalistów” (The Protection of Whistleblowers) (Wolters Kluwer, 2021) and “Postępowanie dyscyplinarne w sprawach funkcjonariuszy Służby Więziennej” (Disciplinary Proceedings in Cases of Prison Guard Officers” (Wolters Kluwer, 2016). She actively supports young scientists’ organisations (The Association of Lecturers of the Jagiellonian University, the National Representation of Doctoral Students) and law students (European Law Students Association – ELSA). Member of Cracow Bar Association. She conducts legal projects in Polish, English, and Ukrainian.

Dr Meenu Bhambhani (she/her/hers) is CSR and D&I professional with over 2 decades of experience in the area of human development and social policy. A fellow of International Ford Foundation, she has worked in academia, government, non-profit sector and the World Bank. Currently, Meenu heads Corporate Citizenship and Global Inclusion Diversity and Equity (GIDE) for State Street Corporation in APAC. Prior to joining State Street Meenu spent over a decade at Mphasis, where she was instrumental in creating opportunities that provided high profile recognition opportunities for their programs, especially around addressing systemic challenges to disability inclusion. She has been recognised by the President of India for her contribution to Disability Inclusion, has been a winner of Shell-Helen Keller Award and most recently was a finalist at Community Business' Diversity Champion of Change Award 2022.

Magda graduated from European Studies at Maastricht University in the Netherlands and went on to complete post -graduate studies in Coaching as well as Managing Talent in IT. She spent her first years of work in outsourcing, moving projects from the Benelux countries to Poland. Worked as a coach and led a large training team. Couple of years ago, she decided to take a risk and sign a one-year contract as Coach Akamai Technical Academy, a program for people with aptitude for technology who want to start working in the IT business. Program realized in the US, CostaRica and Krakow turned out to be a huge success and allowed Magda to move into a permanent role at Akamai where she currently holds a managerial position within the Inclusion, Diversity and Engagement team. Magda is responsible for optimizing the works of Global ERGs and is helping Akamai to become an amazing place to work for all employees.

Nina is Plenipotentiary of the Mayor of Krakow for Equality Policy and chairman of the Equal Treatment Council, which was established in Krakow in 2019, and Harassment and Discrimination Advisor at Akademia Sztuk Teatralnych im. Stanisława Wyspiańskiego w Krakowie. She was a City Council member (2018-2020) in Kraków, during that time she has undertaken numerous initiatives aimed at increasing the accessibility of Kraków’s administration offices, initiated a resolution to set up a campaign to prevent violence against women, a resolution to create a breast cancer prevention programme for young women, and a programme of workshops on sex education for young people in Kraków schools. Co-creator and Vice president of 'One Hundred Years of Women's Voice' Association. She holds a scholarship of the international program Humanity in Action and Advanced Leadership Program for Top Talents organised by the Center for Leadership. Previously in Group Truck Operations as Master Data and Logistic Specialist, now in H&S Department. Anna cooperates with managers from office units and with logistics, as well as with employees from different divisions. For Anna professional work is not only about procedures and instructions. Completing documents, and pieces of training, giving opinions on project cards and organizing measurements of the working environment are only some of the topics she takes care of. The real challenge and inspiration is contact with people. Anna says: ”each of us is different, each one is like an undiscovered book. Thanks to my work, I have the opportunity to meet every day, talk to our employees, and actively analyze and solve topics together in interdisciplinary teams”. The last project Anna contributes to is Mental Health Program for Volvo Polska Employees. The program is addressed to employees from all offices and production areas. Thanks to the holistic approach and taking care of both physical and mental health, the program proved successful during the pandemic, and its implementation is continued and improved even nowadays. Privately, a mother of two teenagers. In her spare time, likes yoga practicing or running away from the city, preferably to the mountains.
